Lecturer (Profesora Contratada Doctora) of the Sociology Area, ascribed to the Labor Sciences Faculty of the University of Cádiz and member of the Research Group: Work, Politics and Gender (SEJ-545 – PAIDI). Bachelor degree in International Relations from the National University of the Center of the Province of Buenos Aires (Argentine) and PhD from the University of Cádiz (Spain). She obtained the Best Doctoral Thesis Award from the Andalusian Studies Center in its V Edition (2009), with the thesis entitled: Conflict and cooperation in Spanish-Moroccan relations since 1956.
Since 2005 she has participated in various research projects at European, national and Andalusian level on migratory flows and co-development, Spain-Morocco cross-border cooperation, Country Brand Strategy, and more recently on trade unionism, new social movements and political representation, participatory methodologies and ICT, and labor relations and gender. Likewise, she has been Principal Investigator of two OTRI contracts with the Center for Andalusian Studies and the General Secretariat of Foreign Action of the Junta de Andalucía.
She is currently the coordinator of the European project: Innovation Sociale et Technologie pour une Meilleure Employabilité des Femmes Tunisiennes (INSAF-Fem) funded by the European Commission, Erasmus + KA2 program- Capacity Building in the field of Higher Education (2020-2023): http://www.insaf-fem.tn/
Since 2017 she is co-coordinator of the Ibero-American Network of Researchers on Work, Gender and Daily Life (TRAGEVIC), recognized and funded by the Ibero-American Postgraduate University Association (AUIP): http://www.redtragevic.com/web/
She was Coordinator and teacher of the following Expert and Master programs: Master in Development Cooperation and Project Management (2005-2011 at the UCA), Expert in Social Policies and Local Development (2005-2011 at the UCA), Expert in Local Development (2007 at the Abdelmalek Essaâdi University in Tetouan, Morocco) and Master in Habitat Social Management (2009-2011 at the University of Seville).
She has been Coordinator of Student Guidance (2012-2016) and Coordinator of Mobility (2015-16) in the Faculty of Labor Sciences, and Coordinator of the Sociology Area (2019-2021) of the UCA. She has also been responsible for several teaching innovation projects for which she has obtained an award in the academic course 2015-2016.
She currently lectures in the Degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources, the Master in Mediation, the Master in Culture of Peace, Conflicts, Education and Human Rights, the Master in International Relations and Migrations and the Master in Strategic Management and Innovation in Communication at the UCA.
